Nadya Bliss joins SDSI as ASURE Technical Director

Nadya Bliss joins SDSI as the Technical Director of ASU Research Enterprise (ASURE). Prior to joining SDSI, Nadya spent 10 years at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where she led research initiatives in advanced analytics, high performance computing systems, and computer architectures. Her technical and programmatic leadership led to the creation of a new group, the Computing and Analytics Group, focused on developing advanced technologies and applying them to Department of Defense and Intelligence Community-relevant problems. As the Group Leader, Nadya was responsible for strategic vision, technical and financial planning, program development and execution, and staff recruiting, mentoring, and evaluation. In 2011, Nadya was awarded the inaugural MIT Lincoln Laboratory Early Career Technical Achievement Award recognizing her work in parallel computing, computer architectures, and graph processing algorithms and her leadership in anomaly detection in graph-based data. Nadya received bachelor and master degrees in Computer Science from Cornell University, is a Senior Member of IEEE, and a Member of ACM.
